📄 DXEL NETWORK – CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS

📌 Scope of Services

DXEL NETWORK will provide professional digital solutions, including but not limited to:

2. Hosting & Security Services

  • Domain Registration & Reliable Hosting
  • Website Migration & DNS Configuration
  • Advanced Website Security & Email Security Solutions

3. Professional Writing & Content

  • Company Profile Writing & Design
  • Strategic Content Development (Web, Blog, Marketing Copy)
  • Technical Documentation & Manuals

4. Digital Marketing & Performance

  • Comprehensive Digital Marketing Campaigns
  • Ads Management (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.)
  • Data-Driven Analytics, Tracking & Conversion Optimization

5. SEO & Search Visibility

  • SGE (Search Generative Experience) Optimization
  • SEO Strategy (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO)
  • Long-Term Organic Growth Solutions

6. Social Media Management

  • Creative Content Planning & Creation
  • Scheduled Publishing Across Platforms

7. Creative Design & Branding

  • Motion Graphics, Animation & Commercial Ads

All service details, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in a separate proposal or invoice.

💰 Payment Terms

  • All payments are due in advance unless otherwise specified.
  • For ongoing projects, payments may follow a milestone or monthly billing plan.
  • Late payments beyond 7 days from due date may result in project suspension or late fees.
  • All payments are non-refundable once a service has started or been delivered.

🤝 Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide clear and timely communication, necessary access, and required assets (logo, content, credentials, etc.).
  • Review and approve work promptly.
  • Cooperate actively to avoid unnecessary delays.

🔒 Confidentiality

Any private information shared by the client will be kept confidential and used only for the purpose of project execution.

⚙ Intellectual Property & Usage

  • Final deliverables become the client's property after full payment is received.
  • DXEL NETWORK may display non-confidential works in its Projects or promotional materials.

🚫 Limitation of Liability

DXEL NETWORK shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, income, or reputation. Service is provided "as-is" based on project agreement and client inputs.

❌ Termination

  • Either party may terminate the project by giving a 7-day written notice.
  • The client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

✍ Modifications

Any changes to this agreement must be communicated in writing and approved by DXEL NETWORK.

⚖ Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh and/or the United States, depending on client location or as applicable.
